The 99, Animation Series
Teshkeel
Media Group was formed in 2004. It’s business and social
objectives were to create exciting animated television programs
for young families and children throughout the world. The idea
was to offer new role models of superheroes born of Middle East
history and Islamic archetypes that possess values shared by the
entire world.
THE 99 are those young role models.

Ever so often there comes a talent that is born, not developed
through training. A pure natural welling of the soul and a gift
from the Divine. No one can claim credit, only marvel at the
inspiration that comes forth through the one blessed with the
God given talent to impart that gift to all others. Sheikh Sully
is one of those rare people whose heart is connected to a source
few of us can reach. His poetry transcends the mind, clearly
dwelling in the heart of a faithful servant. His deep verse
reminds us of one of the most celebrated oriental poets,
Jalahuddin Rumi. These
cherished poems never grow old, with layers of meaning newly
revealed with each listening.
Sheikh Adnan Kabbani reveals
many secrets about Maqams and helps the viewer understand what
Spiritual Maqams are, and how they vary and differ in ranks and
stations. This is a film that really needs to be watched and
watched, again and again. It is a powerful peak into the world
of Spiritual Maqams as perceived first hand through direct
experience from one who has attained a very high station.
MINER MIRACLES
The events surrounding the
rescue of the 33 Chilean Miners was well publicized by many
major media outlets. For a few weeks in August 2010 the entire
world watched as the fait of these minors who were buried alive
unfolded.
Much attention was again paid to the miners and their ongoing
story one year later on the anniversary of their rescue. Global
cable stations like Al-Jazeera devoted much time in celebrating
the anniversary, speaking to the miners, and recalling the
struggle they experienced. The miracles related to others from
many of the miners were strangely withheld from the public.
